Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned under the following conditions:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns of eligible items. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, inspecting, and restocking returned merchandise.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories intact and undamaged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfillment.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.All returns are subject to inspection by our team. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be denied or subject to additional fees.
